Milling and Sandblasting

After profiles cutting and tig welding, you must dribble the aluminum frames initially with manual sanders. This phase is called milling. The phase of the milling is then refined and ended with the passage of frames with a flap disc.

After the milling of the printing frames in aluminum, comes the sandblasting phase.

This phase is similar to that performed on the printing frames in iron. The sandblasting allows the elimination of all the impurities and gives the chassis a better grip.

Control and shipping

After the sandblasting, the frames are subjected to strict quality controls, before being sent to the customer .
